Latvian technology platforms Printful and Printify have announced a merger. The combined company will be able to offer customers better prices while operating on a larger scale. Both brands will continue to operate under their own names.
Printful is a Latvian company founded in 2013. It provides on-demand production and fulfillment services for small and medium-sized businesses. It is active on many continents. In 2021, it received 106 million euros in an investment round. This made him the first unicorn in the country.
Printify comes from the same country and was founded in 2015. It allows companies to sell customized products without any initial investment. Now the two companies are merging. The details of the merger are still to be worked out.
