The futures price of gold was increased on Thursday. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) at 11:37 am in June 2021, the price of delivery gold was rising by Rs 173 i.e. 0.39 per cent to Rs 45,108 per 10 grams. In the previous session i.e. on Wednesday, the value of the June contract gold was at Rs 44,935 per 10 grams. Similarly, in August 2021, the price of delivery gold was trending at Rs 45,422 per 10 grams with an increase of Rs 188 i.e. 0.42 per cent. On Wednesday, the August contract gold was at Rs 45,234 per 10 grams.
Silver price in the futures market
At 11:40 am in May 2021 on the Multi Commodity Exchange, the price of silver was down by Rs 119, or 0.19 per cent, to Rs 63,695 per kg. In the previous session, the price of silver for the May contract was Rs 63,814 per kg. Similarly, in July 2021, delivery silver was trending at Rs 64,595 per kg with a break of Rs 116, ie 0.18 per cent. On Wednesday, the price of July contract silver was at Rs 64,711 per kg.
Gold Price in Global Market
According to Bloomberg, the price of delivery gold on Comex was down by $ 2.40, or 0.14 per cent, at $ 1,713.20 an ounce in June 2021. Similarly, the price of gold in the spot market was up $ 5.63, or 0.33 percent, at $ 1,713.34 an ounce.
Silver price internationally
Silver for delivery in May 2021 was down by $ 0.25, or 1.01 per cent, to $ 24.29 an ounce on Comex.Similarly, in the spot market, silver was down by $ 0.11, or 0.47 per cent, to trade at $ 24.30 an ounce.
